I am sending you this message to request your approval of a domain purchase.
Domains are $15, billed annually with hosting, per domain. There is no additional hosting charge for multiple domains, only the recurring $15 annual cost.
The domain that you would like us to purchase on your behalf is:

They plan on moving their emails from their current domain (ihmschoolgr.COM, using G Suite) to their new domain that you can go ahead and purchase for them.
Once purchased, follow up with Kelly and see if we are simply changing the DNS settings for the new domain to point to Google or if they are using another email service.

The Dio of GR just sent out an informational letter saying they are offering schools G-suite thru the Diocese using the church's own domain and the Diocese IT dept will maintain it for them. It looks like the Diocese is working to consolidate it under their own umbrella...

Mary has purchased the domain and also let us know that the Diocese of Grand Rapids is offering schools Google Suite through the Diocese.
Is this a part of the program that you are already doing?
If possible, we'd like to get this all set up next week.
Please just let us know what is needed from us and who we should contact for the switch.

As much as I would like to move forward this week, the decision to transfer to the diocese's G Suite hasn't been made yet. We currently manage our own G Suite at IHM.
