At the moment, no links we'll open in new tabs. I've been scrambling to get this multi-site launched by their target date and haven't had time to include this feature yet.

If this functionality is desired, I'll need to modify all of the PHP content files  to include code like the following in all anchor tags.

<a href="<?php echo $link['url']; ?>" target="<?php echo $link['target']; ?>"><?php echo $link['title']; ?></a>
