✔ SC - Hide Featured Image within all page templates

Since they will be using pages as their homepage "posts, " the featured image is what displays on the homepage. 

If a featured image is selected for a page right now, it just shows up massive on the side. 

Basically just hide the featured image when you are viewing the page since none of their designs are set up for featured images. We don't want to create a whole new element for them to work with.
