"I mean, maybe I'm just uneducated, but we were never told that posts were any different than pages and I don't think we should be charged for something that we were never told. Otherwise, we would have made a decision not to use posts. Or to create posts differently. In the future, I think you need to make it very clear to people that posts don't have templates like pages do. Bad form on your end." - Amy 1/7/2018
