Pls remove image header option from pages.

We actually do need the image header as an option, but if they select a header image, it will always have a white filer over the image. Also it is only as tall as the header.

I've updated this site to allow for a banner image on the Gallery and Sidebar templates. This can be added to other templates if desired, but those were the only templates that had this feature in their approved proofs.
