The icons (image blocks) are set to be centered, but do not display centered

Probably going to see this a few more times.  For reasons I can't explain, WP 2019 theme is zeroing out margin on a per-block basis when used in conjuction with align "center".  It does center the image within the figure, but not the figure itself.

Added a rule to make this margin: 0 auto, which centers the figure (which contains the image)
