On the ICSC homepage, they have a button for "View All News" and in the menu, they want an "ICSC Blog" that displays all posts (regardless of category). 

Is this something that we can have?

Can be any page really, so I created a "Blog" page, and set it as the Posts page in WP Settings under Reading.

From there it's using the home.php template, and is_home() conditionals to show a header title and page name of "ICSC Blog".

It's a little odd how this works as built in.  I could have created an outright template for this, but I had already gone that far.
