Hi Valerie (and team),
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, my staff position with Holy Family has
been eliminated. :-/ However, I will be volunteering on a limited basis,
doing the work that still needs to be done to keep our communications and
marketing moving along 😊. To that end, for all future correspondence,
please:
- Send to my business email cmwhite@cmwmarketresults.com , and my former
work email cwhite@holyfamilyorlando.com and a cc to my personal email
cmwhite@cfl.rr.com as backup. I can no longer access the HFO.com email
address but it will remain part of any correspondence archive and Julie
will receive all my emails and can contact me as needed. She is fine with
my biz/personal email as another point of contact. My contact phone will
remain my mobile below
- Forward this email to the rest of the team that may need to update
contact info.
First things first, let’s get CCTN.org up and running. Not sure where it
stands, but I think we’re good on this end to schedule a launch date. I
once you set it, perhaps next week sometime, let me know and in the
meantime, I’ll tweak the copy on the pages to make it pandemic-explanatory
where needed, and hopefully the rest of the links are working properly. If
not, let me know.
FYI, Lynn and I believe Dan are currently furloughed and will not have
access to emails and cannot work on any prior projects without permission.
If there are things I need to do that they normally would need to I’ll have
to request time for them from Julie and get permission beforehand. If
something will require Dan’s web/IT access, please spell out EXACTLY what
you need him to do and by when, so that I can send that to Julie and she
can get that to him.

Good morning Christine,
I am sorry that due to the circumstances, you are no longer with HFO in the official capacity, but I am so happy to hear that you are staying on as a volunteer. I have truly enjoyed working with you through our multiple projects and am glad we are able to continue.
I have added your additional emails to the Basecamp project so that our team can cc you in any future correspondence.
For CCTN, we still need to determine how to schedule the Livestream to activate the homepage button "Watch Live" but have a temporary, manual way to do this in the meantime, should we need to circle back to this at a later date.
The soonest we will be able to launch the CCTN website will be May 11 or 12. Let me know which day will work best for you (and Dan) and I can put it on our schedule and notify our developer.
Once we have the launch date scheduled, I will send over the detailed launch instructions that Dan will need.
