CCTN Launch Confirmation for June 2

I just wanted to check in with you and make sure that we are still set to launch your new website on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, between the hours of 9am - 2pm EST.
If so, please click the "Approve" button. If not, please let us know and we will reschedule your launch date.

Hi Veronica –
I approved the launch date for June 2, per my previous conversation with Julie. Since I’m no longer official to the church, we’ll need to redirect the primary contact moving forward.
Primary(ies) should now be both Fermin and Lynn. I’ve spoken with Lynn today to give him a heads up, and have continued to offer my volunteer assistance as needed. For the CCTN.org site, I’ve updated the internal webpages with a pandemic message that should give Fermin/Lynn some time to update any links to the pages from the YouTube files, etc. Lynn has access info into the WordPress site and will review pages and create links if he can. He’ll also review the dozen or so contacts generated from the site that have been sitting in there since March, and direct the responses to the appropriate people if he can’t respond directly himself.
If you’ve not already done so (and if you did, please resend), please make sure Fermin has full WordPress access to the site, though I presume Lynn will be the primary site manager on his behalf. Please especially and ASAP, send Fermin access (again) to view the new site’s pages, in anticipation of the launch. He may want to make some additional updates, and he can work with Lynn or your team directly to do so. Please let him know whom to call if he needs to touch base, thx.
FERMIN – please read the communications above. If you’ve not already reviewed the new site (I believe you received prior communications from me and/or the web team but I can’t access my emails so I’m not certain), please do so AS SOON AS Veronica sends you the link, thanks. I know it’s not perfect yet, you said to move forward with it regardless of an update in the Vimeo contract, but it will be better than the placeholder we have now. It’s been a long but unavoidable delay and I know you, Julie and Father want it to be up and running as much as I do.

I have just sent over Fermin's login information, along with several resources on how to edit and add blocks.
Fermin, if you or Lynn are in need of another training session, please let us know ASAP so that it can be scheduled and fall within your 2 weeks after training (in which we offer free support). After these 2 weeks, any training or development support will be billed at our standard $70/hr, prorated.
