Could we add a hover effect to the menu? There aren't any hover effects. Whatever Patrick Template is doing: https://patrick.diocesanweb.org/

Also, Could we move the menu up closer to the line? Plus, there's a weird box around it. Maybe that's supposed to be the drop shadow?
