WP Editor - which takes precedent? headings or font/size selector?

Notes
Nichol is having an issue where headings are showing differently, plus styling and sizes and we aren't sure if it's because styling is being copied over or what.

Thanks for talking with me earlier. Here's another thing that's happening along the same topic. Both of these pages on the "click to view" portion say they are using Georgia 12pt in the paragraph heading (the default), yet they are clearly different fonts (look at the "w"). I think there are a lot of problems with fonts throughout the site. Can this be fixed please?

On the Connect Page, there is a span being wrapped around by the link. This is creating the Georgia font.

On the Calendars Page, that span is not being created, so the font is the default link font, which is Roboto.

Looking at the WYSIWYG editor, the span is missing from the calendar page content. She needs to click on whatever she wants to change the font for, then reapply the font in order for that span to appear. She can check in the bottom left corner (or the text editor) to see if the span is there.

Also, does she only want links/paragraphs that are in the red columns to be that Georgia font? If so, then I can just set those texts as Georgia via css. Might be a simpler solution than having her going through each section and setting the font herself.
