Desktop - Page Title Image isn't displaying full image width

If this image is responsive, it should be going off of the width of the image and showing the whole width of the image unless the image is short.
The height is fine. The wider the image gets, the image is being zoomed in and cutting off the sides. 
Please update images to fit correctly.

The image will need to be cut off like that when the parallex effect is used. So they would need the parallex removed so the image fits on desktop.

Oh, I didnt' even realize that there was a parallax effect on the header images. 
So if parallax is when you scroll up and down, how does it affect if we do or don't see the full width of the image?

With parallax we wouldn't be able to see the full width. We'd have to get rid of that in order to see the full width of the image.
If we kept parallax and tried to show the full width anyways, then you'd see the image either repeat or a gray background would show as you scrolled(depending if the background is set to repeat or not). See below:
