The Image Info Block should be able to produce one of the proof's (linked above) modules (e.g. Baptism), So Title, Text, Button, and Image or something similar. The block is just uneditable right now and not sure why.

Please use the Plinko instead of the Image Info Block. I used them, since they were already in the theme and just styled them a little.
