WordPress gets confused with this block type and won't include any of its content in get_the_excerpt() or the_excerpt().

I don't think WordPress gets confused with it because if you look at any of the other pages that the faith formation page, all of those are media & text Blocks too.

It looks like the others are content then image. I don't know why that would affect anything, but it seems to be.

I switched them around and still nothing. I even created a new page to see if it was something with the content corrupting it, but that didn't work either

Figured it out though. It is because of the separator block. Not sure why that would affect it, but alas whatevs
