You can see the difference immediately between "Upcoming Events" and "News". But the rest of them, circled in red, are either next to the line or spaced out from it. The proof on the Right looks like it is supposed be a little spaced out compared to what the "Upcoming Events" title is now, but not as much as the current "News" Title.
