G Suite Proposal and Domain Transfer Information

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today.
As we discussed over the phone, I have created a proposal for Diocesan to set up your G Suite account. When we get the signed proposal returned, we can begin the process.
Also, you stated there would not be a need for a new domain name since we can transfer the existing domain name. Below is the information to help facilitate that transfer.
The first step in this process is to provide us with one of the following:

If you would like Diocesan to initiate the transfer for you, we ask that you please send us the following information:
- Name of Hosting Company
- Login URL
- Username/Email
- Password
Please note that once Diocesan initiates the transfer, we may need your domain account owner to forward an email that they will receive.
Domain Contact Information
If you have internal or contracted IT services that you would like us to direct in the transfer process, we ask that you please send us the following information:
- Name of IT Company (if any)
- Name of Individual
- Email of Company/Individual
- Phone Number of Company/Individual
- Account Privileges (if any)
