❏ As an org admin, I want to send a template to my group admins as a message. I want to be able to add text explaining the message template being sent. The template itself should appear as a preview. A link in the message will automatically take the admin to their Eva account and open the template as a new message to send to that admin's members/groups etc.

This story originated as a Diocese feature, but the team agreed that this feature should apply to any/all org groups, not specifically a Diocese

This feature will be especially useful to a Diocese where the message is going to Parish Admin to allow them to choose to send out the diocese message.

This one is similar to the other comment. Do we really envision the Parish Eva admin sending a template to all group admins that would require them to go into the Eva interface to load the template and re-send it? I don't see that. This too I think is a specific Diocese feature.

I could see this being used by a parish. My question was, if you are building a feature that could be useful to all groups. Do you want to take extra effort to limit to certain groups now only to have the feature requested by all the groups later, then spend extra development $$ to add it back in.

This is something we will need for Plan Ahead and will be useful to National groups too (e.g. Knights of Columbus).
