Eva - Tiempo

As a group admin, I want to see up to five suggested recommendations when I first log into Eva or return to the "home" view

Notes
  1. "'x' new messages to review"
    1. This suggestion will increment 'x' based upon unread messages for all of the current admin's groups.
    2. Selecting this "suggestion" will open the "messages" view in Eva
  2. "'x' birthday's this week
    1. Where 'x' is the number of members for all of the current admin's groups that have a birthday in the current week date range
    2. Selecting this "suggestion" will open a message template for a birthday greeting where all the members are auto-populated in the "to:" field.
    3. When this "recommendation has been selected in the week date range, it will not appear again until the following week for any admin.
  3. "Send 'liturgicalDate' inspiration"
    1. Where 'liturgicalDate' is a text string taken from the next specified date that has pre-build inspirational content available in the Plan Ahead feature.
    2. Requires a process for Eva to know the current date and be able to access the Plan Ahead message content on the Diocesan.com site
    3. Selecting this "recommendation" will open a pre-created message with the inspirational content already loaded.
  4. Send 'holyDay' Mass Reminders"
    1. Where 'holyDay" is a text string taken from a table of Holy Days on the current Church calendar where the date of the Holy Day is within 7-days of today's date

  5. "'x' static groups"

Mike DiCosola, Diocesan
We would like to understand how difficult it would be to make this option a static built-in feature compared to allowing Diocesan as a super-admin the ability to build these using some sort of logic engine.

Things to consider:
  1. Super-admin ability to create new tips
  2. Ability to change the tips that appear to different admins/users based on roles -i.e. the Pastor
  3. The ability for an admin to create their own new tip logic
  4. The ability for an admin to turn tips on-off: See story:
