How does this work when we send an HTML link to the message for a Push Notice, SMS or App push. How does this work when you want to "publish" the message to social etc? We might have to warn the admin that this will not work for those channels.

Much like is possible with mailchimp.

We need the ability for the user to see their name in the message they receive.
