This should NOT be the same as sending a message to a group member/users. This would send a message to the Messages view of the parish org group admin in a similar way that a reply would appear. 

Notification to the group admin, would state that a new "diocese" message has been received

Gentlemen, Read this story. This is something we missed in saying that we think all the Diocese stories are valid for a parish. This is really something unique in that the DIocese is sending a notification to the Parish admins as another org group admin and NOT as the recipient of a message like for example a priest or a DRE or some other member in the database. I think we need to leave this as a DIocese specific function of Eva.

Hey Mike,

I did include this in my Workflow. There are basically two ideas, both of which I think are valuable for all groups.
1) An All Admins group is automatically created and synced at every level of the hierarchy. For example, a group admin can shoot a message to all sub-group admins, a parish can shoot a message to all group admins, and a Diocese can shoot a message to all parish admins. This group would be automatically created for a group and admins in the group are not able to unsubscribe as long as they are an admin.
2) Assignment groups can be created based on staff titles. We talked about this being version 1.x. This would allow me as a Diocese admin to create a group of all Pastors or Business Managers. This would also allow a parish to set up a group for all teachers if there is a school.

I think option 1 is could be phase 1 and option 2 come later.
