Good afternoon Coleen,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $10150 (145 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 40 hours budgeted/13.9 hours used
  • Build: 60 hours budgeted/73.8 hours used
  • Content Migration: 45 hours budgeted/20.8 hours used
This brings our current cost to $7595. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $10150.
