My name is Danae Chudy and I am the web designer at Diocesan Publications assigned to your project! I'm just emailing you to let you know about the design process. Currently, I have a few projects ahead of you in the queue but in the next few weeks, I plan on reaching out and setting up a design consultation. Just wondering if you have the Illustrator file for the steeple logo you forwarded me last week? I created a white version out of what you gave me but the quality isn't very high. It would be better to have the Illustrator or Photoshop file to change the color of the logo.

Hi there. Yes, and I was just putting a list together to send over.
Overall everyone is very excited and agree it is looking great! In general, they shared the same concerns I noted about our branding colors feeling dark.
1. Home Background – I know this is temporary, but would you mind changing out the picture and using the one we supplied for the App,? Every time I show the page, they ask me to change it…It would help get through the final approval, if you don’t mind. Sorry and thank you.
2. Logo – I’m working with our graphic designer to see about making our heart and hands logo all white. If that works, we would like for the sticky bar to transition to Navy.
3. When you hover over the logo on the sticky bar, they’ve asked if the word “Home” can show to signify it is also a link.
4. Blue menu bar – Prefer White lettering and the bar to be a little bit taller, please
5. Parish News - They had the same feeling we discussed about the gold coloring, however, they agree we need to stay with our branding. I’m going to ask our graphic designed what hex color value she supplied for the previous site and see if there are any options. Another consideration was to create a gradient background. Any thoughts?
6. Site Menu – Will we be able to control this content and layout?
7. Site Menu Icon – Working with designer on this logo.
8. Events & News – You may want to call me on this one. The idea is the App box would be better if smaller, or as a horizontal bar across the top, or flipped to the right-side. The intent is we really want to focus on the upcoming events.
No changes on the other pages. I shared a lot of your guidance and feedback and they greatly appreciated your experienced input. I am meeting with the graphic designer tomorrow and will let you know what she says.

Ok thanks Joni. I will work on what I can until your graphic designer provides a white logo. If you could ask them to send me their original file (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) that would be helpful.
