Can't be changed in tweaks, but can be changed in the theme, so I will plan to do that tomorrow.

Veronica Alvarado, Project Manager at Diocesan Veronica , this inherits the primary color and secondary color set in the template settings, so I am unsure as to what this to-do is asking me to do. I thought this is what we would want.

Danae didn't want the image buttons to use the primary and secondary colors. The mockup she did used a different color, so I asked KB if that was possible/ok and he said yes. 
Since it may be something deeper than just the tweaks, you can reassign to KB.

Veronica Alvarado, Project Manager at Diocesan Veronica ,  Danae Chudy, Web Designer at Diocesan Danae just provided the form last week, so I can change those. Shouldn't be too horrible, plus I have done it before. I think it might inherit the primary/secondary color anyway.

With the new template tweaks that KB did, this can be done in tweaks now.
