The IT Committee has approved the sticky Nav; but I need to discuss this with Sam so we are on the same page on the design

I've extended all of the content in preparation for the sticky navbar and have removed the max-width CSS, as requested.

Next, I'll make the navbar sticky, add "white space" to the top of everything and test it.

The sticky navbar appears to work across the site. They still need to decide what approach they want to take with their mega-menu.

I developed a hacky solution for the homepage that I can apply across the whole site, but I'd prefer to have them authorize us to modify the menu sufficiently to comply with best practices.

In light of the foregoing, I'm marking this task complete.
