Good morning,
Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $7,140 (102 hours x $70hr) for website creation.
We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
Design: 25 hours budgeted/35.3 hours used
Build: 55 hours budgeted/46 hours used
Content Migration: 22 hours budgeted/6.9 hours used
This brings our current cost to $6,174.
In one of our previous emails, we mentioned that through the parish's bulletin contract (with Diocesan), the school was able to secure a web allowance for the project. We had previously informed you of the incorrect web allowance amount. The agreed upon amount of the allowance is $4,500 and will be applied when the project is complete.
