Weekly Update
Good morning Brian,
Another week of progress has been made in the website creation. Initially, we had quoted a price of $7140 (102 hours x $70hr) for website creation.
We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
- Design: 25 hours budgeted/21.6 hours used
- Build: 55 hours budgeted/0 hours used
- Content Migration: 22 hours budgeted/0 hours used
Which brings our current cost to $1512.

Good morning. I do realize that COVID-19 has disrupted any sense of normal in our nation, however I am growing concerned that the delivery date for the new website is not going to happen prior to the end of this school year. If you recall, our original delivery date was earlier this spring.
When can we expect to launch?

Hi Brian,
Your site is currently in development and set to be completed with initial development by the end of this week.
Next is content migration and usability testing. I have re-sent your email regarding content strategy. Once the current sitemap is edited and the proposed sitemap is approved, we can begin content migration.
Content migration often takes 2-3 weeks after which we will email you with a link to the development site and schedule your first training session.
If content migration is ready to begin next week, this will put us on track for training sessions early June and a launch date as soon as July 6.
Note: We will wait until after your first training session to determine a launch date.
