Good morning, Veronica,
I hope all is well. I had sent an email last week to see about
scheduling another training and also to find out if there is any way
possible that your company offers a website coordinator for a monthly or
yearly fee. In the past, all I edited on the website was my message, and I
updated the calendar. The coordinator uploaded photos, etc. Please advise
when we can schedule the next training. Also, can you please provide me
with my website log-in information again? Many thanks for your help and
support.

Hello Barbara,
We are open for a training session for any 2-hour block as seen on my calendar:
While Diocesan does not have a monthly or yearly fee for content changes, our support team can make the changes needed for the standard support charge ($70/hr, prorated).
Alternatively, if there is a volunteer that you'd like to bring into the training either now or in the future, we can create a limited user account that can only edit certain pages or certain aspects of the website.

Thank you! Was the bill paid? I thought I had heard that either it was paid through the parish or there was a grant? I am not sure because the previous principal started this process before I got here. Many thanks for your help.

The bill is not paid yet since the project is not completed, BUT through the parish's bulletin contract (with Diocesan), the school was able to secure a web allowance for the project.
I've asked our consultation manager to share a copy of the web allowance sgreement with me, so I'll get that over to you tomorrow.
