I got your voicemail that you had some questions regarding the proposal. A few minutes ago, I timed my call back when you were on the phone.

So that we don't play a game of phone tag, I thought I would send you an email, and you can let me know what questions you have regarding the proposal. This way we also have documentation to make sure nothing gets overlooked.

I would really prefer a phone call. I have a parent today at 2:00 pm and then it’s dismissal and I have family plans at 4:00 pm, so I am thinking Monday would be best. Can you call me in the morning around 10:00?
