I just got off the phone with Lisa to discuss a quick update on the project since you are now on board, Barbara. Here is what we reviewed:

Last, the original design of the homepage included a Calendar feature that will work with Google Calendar. I wanted to check in and see if you had planned on using Google Calendar or only the PDF version.

Barbara will be starting at the school on July 15. With this date in mind, we can schedule the first training session anytime after that date. The first training session is 1.5-2 hours long and will review how to log in and edit the website.
We are available for training sessions Tuesday - Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Typically, the second training occurs a week after the first, followed by the website launch a week later. Something to keep in mind is that there is a minimum of 2 weeks between the first training session and the launch date. Additionally, there is free support available between the first training and up to 2 weeks after the launch, so it is important that you are comfortable editing the website prior to launch. 

Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $7140 (102 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:

This brings our current cost to $5957. 

Although we have gone over in design hours, we remain well underbudget in Build and Content Migration. For the remainder of the project, we will utilize another ~5 hours in development to prepare for launch. 
As we go through the training sessions, please keep these numbers in mind as any changes to the design or functionality will change the build hours. 

Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $7140. Any allowance remaining at the time of launch may be used towards future projects, support, or training sessions.
