Hi Maria,

I wanted to send this on to you so you could see the official approval email I sent on to Teresa. Basecamp only allows us to request approval from one person, so I wanted you to still see it.

Here is the email:

Hi Teresa,

This is the official approval email for the new website design. It has been so great working with you and Maria on this project and we are excited to be moving onto the next phase of the process soon.

I have included all of the proofs you have seen and made the edits we spoke about. Take some time and look these proofs over. If these all look great and you are ready to give the official approval, please click the "Yes" button on this email.
Please keep in mind that any major design changes or development/functionality changes, later on, may affect the quoted cost. 

Let us know if you have any questions and we will be happy to explain any of the designs. Please send your approval by Friday to ensure that we remain on target for your projected timeline. Have a great day, and we will talk to you soon.
