Content Migration

Good morning you two,


I just got off the phone with Maria and wanted to do a quick recap of our call. Here is what we discussed:
  • Ministry Page Questions for Stewardship & Development
  • Friday, July 26
    • Diocesan - Meets internally & run live tests of multisite to single site migrations. 
    • DOSP - Please let us know if there are any multisites that we should NOT migrate (other than Stewardship & Development, and Annual Pastoral Appeal).
  • Monday, July 29
    • Diocesan begins migrating multisite into the single site. Content added or updated to the multisite after Monday, July 29, at 9:00 am, will not be migrated.
    • Veronica will send over a spreadsheet of suggested roles for DOSP to update and complete. If a meeting is needed to discuss roles in more detail, we can set that up.

Not sure if my other email came through. Those two (Stewardship & Development & APA) are the only sites that we do not want the content migrated for. Everything else can be transferred!

Also – can we set up training for Teresa and I on Tuesday, August 13? In the morning would work… let us know.

I did receive your message here, so thank you for responding! 

As for that first training with you two, I am available for a training session at the following times on Tuesday, August 13:
  • 9-11 am
  • 9:30-11:30 am
  • 10 am - 12 pm
  • 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

During the training, we will cover administrative items such as organizing the menu, assigning authors, discussing roles, updating theme settings, etc., in addition to going over how to edit the website's pages and new items in the DPI Find A... Modules.
