Thank you very much for the updated information. We met today to break down our proposal to make sure we are able to make the changes you requested within the budget you needed. I have attached a proposal for these updates.
Veronica put together a 2 part spreadsheet for you. The first sheet is a timeline of your project. It begins with receiving this updated proposal signed and returned by next Friday (Sept 18).
The second part of the spreadsheet is the information related to the proposal. We included a breakdown of our initial proposal and then we included a Phase 1 and Phase 2. Since we would be making some changes we wanted to let you know what would still be remaining and the cost. If and when you would be ready, we could proceed with Phase 2.
