Thank you!
Veronica:
Here is an example of styling for the staff contact information under offices. It is from Pensacola-Tallahassee diocese (https://ptdiocese.org/communications). But we want to use a Contact button at the top right, just above the content, of each office section that drops down like a toggle when clicked. Example: Diocese of St. Petersburg (https://www.dosp.org/communications/).
We are flushing out the information for the Topics & Issues menu, and finalizing the site map this morning.
Thanks,
Kathleen

Good morning Kathleen,
I have let Blake know so that he can take a look at it and begin incorporating it into the designs.
Let me know if you have any trouble with the sitemap!

Looks good!
I've added them to the project Client Folder for now and will have Blake update the designs to match.
For the main menu, only Diocese and Offices will have dropdown menus. Is this for both desktop and mobile?

Yes, that is correct for the main menu. The top menu, Topics & Issues, will have a drop-down too.
Got it about the main menu! Thank you.
As for Topics & Issues, the top menu (quicklinks menu) cannot have dropdowns since they would overlap with the main menu and goes against best practices. Did you want to move Topics & Issues down to the main menu so it can dropdown or did we want to have a page with the list of items, similar to USCCB (https://www.usccb.org/topics)?
Let me know what you're thinking,

We can do a page similar to USCCB’s topics, I suppose? Is there room to move it to the main menu?
We should be able to move it under the main menu.
Currently, you have 6 menu items (7 words) in the main menu and our suggestion is a max of 7 items (10 words).
I've updated the document linked below to match what you shared but put Topics & Issues in its own dropdown menu item.

My biggest concern with this would be the amount of items on the Topics & Issues list. Currently, the topics are 52 items, which may fill up an entire page of a mega menu.
On Friday, we can review several different mega menus and see what works best.

Okay, I can edit the list. But I can see over time it will grow. Any ideas on how to manage?
I would suggest using a separate page, similar to USCCB (61 items). The Topics & Issues list should be extensive and not trimmed down since it is more of an index. Even though it may be on its own page, it will take visitors only 2 clicks to get where they need to be.
What do you think?

Sounds like a plan!
I've updated the sitemap to reflect that change, so we are all set!
