I've been trying to make these changes in the site module for Transfiguration Church, but the edits I make are constantly changing.

Can you give me an example of the edits you are making, and the observed changes that you see after making the edits?

I tested this particular church by adding a Thursday 5am "TEST" Mass... you can see it here working.

I’ve been editing this site the way I always do, but each time I save my edits, they never save the correct changes for me.
