Laptop size (1024px) is when it begins to cut off.

Zoom shouldn't make a difference, and 1024px laptop is fine.  Are you 100% you are scrolled all the way to the top?

It happened when I hard refreshed the page, then once I scroll down, it shows the whole header. (Using Chrome)

Ahhh, the refreshing makes a huge difference.  I see at that size on a fresh load of the page, the document never sees a "resize" and doesn't recalculate the distance from the top of the page, which varies based on header and menu heights.

I'll see what I can do.

Adjusted the re-size script to initialize on window loaded.  There will be a momentary instance of the wrong height, because with a sticky header, we won't know the height of the header w/ menu until the page is fully loaded.  The second it's loaded, we can capture the height and adjust the page accordingly.

Ryan Ross completed this to-do.
