Ahhh, I see what you mean (including a regular Post, even though we aren't using them).  A custom post type, such as 'envira_album' will use the default post 'single.php' file if a specific one isn't available.

I've updated single.php to be consistent with our page layout, and added single-envira.php and single-envira_album.php for finer control over those.  This affords us the ability to specify a different default header image if we'd like to.

Side note - The auto breadcrumb displays an envira page as Home / Envira Gallery / Gallery-or-Album Name.  In this case "Envira Gallery" isn't a publically viewable page, so I've hard coded the breadcrumbs to simply be Home / Gallery-or-Album Name
