They do not like how the footer got bigger when the paragraph font was updated to be larger. 
If possible, they 'd like the footer text to go back to the same size (and the height of the footer to shrink in response to the text change)

I'd be happy to change the footer height and font-size, but I can assure you that it did not change size or get bigger.  It's been like that since October, consistent with the design proofs.

For the record, I did adjust the footer to be smaller from a responsive aspect this week, but that's only at smaller screens.

Shrunk the fonts and shaved off as much additional padding and line-height I could.  It's about as good as it's going to get.
