The "rolodex" appears to have an issue where the up and down arrows do not function as buttons.  I can use my mouse scroll wheel to move up and down through the list, but have no way to click up and down through it.  This happens for all instances of the rolodex we've seen.  Tested in both Chrome and Firefox, and on mobile - same results in each.
