Veronica,

We are finding that people who are designated as Parish Life Authors, including Catherine Butel and David Baloga, are unable to edit parish life pages.  They only have "view" access to these pages when they log in.  Dominick Costantino is another user in question.  Can you please enable their edit access?  Thank you!

Parish Life Authors should be able to edit all pages now. 

Let me know if this is not true.

We are finding that Kathleen Bolinski does not have access to edit Events.  Would you mind giving her that privilege?

I changed Kathleen from an "Office Page Author" to an "Office Page Author + Events" user role. In the future, if you could please make me a separate to-do and assign it to me, it would help immensely.

Can you please change the roles of David Baloga and Dominick Costantino?

Please swap them, i.e. make David Baloga a Full Site Editor and Dominic Costantino a Parish Life Author.

I've switched the two roles. 

In the future, please send all support requests to webdepartment@diocesan.com. We check that email every 10 minutes for support issues/requests and are able to assign support items from there a lot quicker than individual Basecamp projects.
