Hi Ryan,
We are trying to add some of the registration forms we are currently using on www.dioceseofscranton.org.  We need to be able to use PayPal for those that involve payment.  Can you please install the plugin we need for this?  We believe it's the Gravity Forms PayPal Standard Add On .  That's what we are using now.

Also, is there a way to export all of the Paypal account information from our current site's Gravity Forms PayPal Standard Add On and import it into the new site?

Thank you,
Connie

Add On installed.

I did not see any avenue for exporting and importing PayPal settings.

Ryan,

I’m unable to see the Add Ons, so I can’t enter our account information. Is that access something you can give to system admins like Dan and myself?

Thanks,
Connie

More than likely.  I'll defer to Veronica Alvarado, Project Manager at Diocesan Veronica as she would be much quicker than I to make the necessary adjustment to user roles and permissions.

Hi Veronica,
Can you please give Dan and I permission to view the plug-ins (add ons) on our site?

Thank you,
Connie

Veronica,

I don't see it in my sidebar.  Here's a screen shot of what I see:

Still not seeing it, Veronica.

Is there a way that you can let us see all the plugins?  I would like that capability.

Thank you,
Connie

Connie,

The PayPal add-on is a component inside of Gravity Forms.  To my knowledge, it is not a stand-alone item, thus it will not be found on the left menu.  Instead, it will be in the Settings under Forms.  I see Forms in your screenshot, which is Gravity Forms.  Do you see Settings option under Forms?  From there, you should see a PayPal tab.  Let me know if you can't see that tab I've illustrated here.

Yes, and I confirmed that my PayPal account is configured to enable Instant Payment Notifications, Ryan. I also downloaded the documentation for the Feed Setup. I didn’t realize it had to be done per form. I thought there was a way to do it so that all the forms using Paypal would use the same feed.

See https://docs.gravityforms.com/create-feed-paypal-standard-add-on/

I’ll work on this with Dan on Monday.

Thanks for your help!
