✔ Headline blocks on home page need to default image to a standard size, and text block to a standard size.

Hi Veronica,

Dan added some of our own content to the Headline Blocks on the home page, and they are rendering inconsistently.  Can you please force them to a standard size for the image and a standard size for the text box so that they are a consistent size all the way across?

When I built this section out I just happened to use all the same size images.  We've accounted for various sizes on several other areas of the site, just not this one as you and Dan discovered.  I've fixed that so they are now a standard size.
