Created custom post type "Catholic Social Services". Gave it "Page" styles and presentation, so it looks and operates like a normal page. All pages created in this section will use a slug "css", and feature a modified title banner, and custom footer.
It does not have the Contacts and Buttons features enabled, but would only take a few minutes to enable them here if requested.

This is for a standard CSS page, correct? The office & programs pages will utilize the specialized, searchable fields.

Correct, this is a standard everyday CSS page. The other pages will be in this style as well (header/footer), with the obvious functionality of searchable fields and whatnot in the content area.
