Kyle:
-If accessing page from their ebill; need to include the required information in the URL. 
-Resulting page should show some basic account info: account #, account name, address, email address (required), charge.
-On successful charge email advertiser receipt and probably offer them the ability to print receipt right there. 
-On submit need to a) see if account exists on Heartland; if not create b) if account exists; is it the same card; if not add card to pmt method. c) if account exists and same card; charge card. 
-Email receipt also needs to go to that office.
-Nightly report to each office with charge history. Need to include card type, last 4 of card and exp if possible.
