A "Menu Item Limit Warning" appears on the wordpress menu scree http://dev.diocesan.com/shop/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
Apparently we have hit the max number of menu items, but we still have more to add.

This issue just popped up again as I was adding menu items.

Apparently, this is for a particular menu, and not all menus combined.  The extra menu stuff must pile up quickly as there certainly is not in excess of 1000 menu items.

Updated max_input_vars to allow for bigger menu.

Put max_input_vars at 2001.  Double the normal limit.  That should hold us for a while.
