Menu item for Remote Assistance needs to point to anchored location on office/software page.

We definitely need to have a link somewhere on either the Bulletin Dashboard or main Dashboard to the TeamViewer exe too.

Remote Assistance appears to be nested in tabs on the Software page.  Perhaps an oversight, but the direct link doesn't open the Remote Assistance tab unless you are already on the Software page.

Should we consider a design revision for this?

I agree it would be helpful to have a direct link to it on Dashboard or Bulletin page.  Maybe we can sneak it in the Bulletin Support box?

The bulletin support box works for me.

We also have the URL churchremote.com which right now points to a page where a user can begin the download process. We'll need either a similar page or make sure the URL  (http://dev.diocesan.com/office/software/#remote-assistance) works to the correct anchored place.

I'm looking into it.

In talking with Curtis about the design/function of the Office Software page, turns out those anchored tabs only work if you are logged out.  I attempted to make it clear that not working while logged in is not sufficient, and we'll either need to redesign the page, or resolve the logged in anchor problem.

Curtis didn't seem too motivated to address the issue, so looks like I'll be working on it.

Compound issues with Anchors resolved.

LSS, there were so many queries running while logged in, that combined with Query Monitor, the page crashed by running out of memory, then had to reload, at which point anchors didn't quite work.  There was also a complication with Google Maps loading multiple times, root cause was the locations search in Modern Events Calendar, even though Search was disabled.

Curt Ankin completed this to-do.
