Last I checked the issue was more or less with products in a Christmas category, independent of the tag applied to the Christmas product. I believe Advent products were working fine.

Advent Banners aren't on the Plan Ahead for some reason, so I was curious if these were related.

Ahhh... Advent wasn't selected. But it turns out that Advent banners are also included with this issue.

Update - Plan Ahead has been fixed. Huge thanks to Kyle for helping me with what ended up being a complete re-write of the SQL Query to fetch products.
If anyone is curious, the problem was that WC 3.0 changed how they handled tags in relation to products. What was odd was adding tags to pre 3.0 products worked in a 3.0 environment, but NEW products (ie Christmas 2017 banners) were not backwards compatible. I'm not sure why Bulletin Covers worked but not Banners. In any case, Kyle has it working for both cases.
