If it's not possible to get the Additional Billing and Additional Shipping Addresses side-by-side, that is fine.

- Is it possible to make the border around the addresses 2px?
- Also please make the "Additional Billing Addresses" and "Additional Shipping Addresses" headings 14px bold all caps.
- Please make the Latest Used Addresses heading bold all caps
- Please add 20px top margin above the address in the Latest Used Addresses boxes so there is space below the solid gray part.

Latest Used Addresses does not have a tag to identify that particular title. It's likely coming from the plugin itself. There is no option to explicitly style it. Will have to come back to that one.
