I designed a generic lent cover + banner.

Thinking this would make a good feather flag design too, Reg? With the background and just words "Lent" or "Lenten Season". Possibly a stronger font for the flag...

Love the thorns and 'E' is very creative! Not sure about the 'a time to renew' font. I know that is vague, too thin, to swooshy? takes away the focus from the thorns?  For the banner what if the background was twice as dark? (duplicate and multiply?) I like the clean look of the thorns on the cover without the heavier drop shadow that is on the banner.  just thoughts....
