Considering that mmenu wasn't installed, it'd be much more surprising if the mobile menu would've still worked.

Anywho, I installed mmenu, and it looks like everything was configured correctly, which suggests the plugin had been installed and configured but was subsequently uninstalled.

Regardless, I believe everything is shipshape again.
