I'll change this on this site (via Tweaks in its Child Theme), but I would strongly advise against hard-coding any values like this in a template.

What is this space currently using? It may be that we simply want to change the heading because on all the ones I've seen use this template correctly with a mission statement, it ends up being about as long as the Basilica and we have to bring the font size down (or we leave it and it looks bad) so I want to make sure we're future proofing this one too

I have no idea why some of these template sites are misusing this component. Currently this text uses <h2>s. The sub-heading is set to 32px (I believe it's just the <h6> styling).

Note that there would be a material design discontinuity if we just adjust this banner on sites and leave the Banner Block how it is (MQOTU now has this defect).
